  Francesca Montiel

  Office Representative

  Francesca is our Marketing Representative and also our Receptionist. She has been with Carol Harris since February 2016. She greets our guests with a smile and also makes sure everything runs smoothly for our agents. She engages in the social media world of our office, focuses on outside marketing, and coordinates events for Carol. Francesca and her boyfriend are proud owners of two pups and they reside in Lake Worth, Texas.

  Kaila Custred

  Account Representative

  Kaila has been with Carol, since 2010, through high school and college. She is a Bank Representative and licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance; she seeks new business in auto and homeowner's insurance. She recently graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in elementary education. Kaila just got married in December 2016 and lives with her husband in the Keller/Fort Worth area.

  Maggie Perez

  Insurance Account Representative

  Maggie Perez has been in industry since 2012 and joined the Carol Harris team in 2013. She is our Service Representative that helps make sure policies and changes are processed correctly for the Account Representatives. She is a Bank Representative and licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, and also in Life and Health Insurance and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Maggie resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and daughter.

  Magaly Marin

  Insurance Account Representative

  Magaly Marin is an Account Representative that services our existing customers accounts. She is our Health Representative in the office and is Bilingual in both Spanish and English. Magaly has been with Carol Harris since January 2015 but has been in the insurance industry since 2012. She is a Bank Representative and licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, and also in Life and Health Insurance. She resides in Saginaw, Texas with her husband and two children.

  Insurance Account Representative

  Mika Meyer has been with Carol Harris since 2010. She is an Account Representative that provides remarkable customer service to our customers by identifying gaps in their coverage and offering them the best product to fit their needs. She also seeks new business in Auto, Fire, Life and Health insurance. She is a Bank Representative and licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, and also in Life and Health Insurance. Mika lives with her husband and four children in Keller, Texas.

  Amanda Wadkins

  Office Manager

  Amanda has been a State Farm Team Member since 2000. She joined Carol's Team in 2010 as an Account Representative and is now one the Office Managers. Her greatest passion is helping customers with their Life Insurance needs. As a wife and mother of two she understand the needs for coverage and is proud to work with our customers to find the right coverage and product for their needs. Amanda also works with our Commercial Customers and Small Businesses in the area to create a comprehensive insurance package specific to their business needs. Amanda and her husband, kids and furbabies reside in Arlington.

  After a break at home with her children, Paige has returned to State Farm to work with the Carol Harris Team. She is a licensed in Property/Casualty insurance and Life/Health insurance and is a Bank Representative. Paige and her family reside in Arlington.
